The Center for Business Ownership creates content for a wide range of print and digital publications in the realms of entrepreneurship, management, innovation, strategic planning, and leadership.
Its BrainFood® materials are produced and distributed by Brass Tacks Publishing, an imprint of Electromedia Technologies LLC. They are used by business enterprises, membership / trade / professional associations, and the media in client relationship (CRM) programs and B2B marketing initiatives. Many of its publications are provided free of charge to educational institutions throughout the world. This consortium has been serving clients since 1964,
The Center continuously recruits accomplished Distinguished Contributors from industry, academia, and writers and publishers to aid in the creation of new content for its ever-growing menus of ideas, insights, information and inspiration.
In addition to creating original BrainFood® for its programs, the Center also solicits, aggregates, licenses, edits, and repackages relevant, already-published materials.
As a profit-free-organization (PFO), the Center re-invests all of its revenues in the expansion and development of its chartered activities. In this manner, its present accomplishments are leveraged to facilitate a wide array of future offerings. Its operational efficacy is monitored by an independent Board of Fellows consisting of accomplished entrepreneurs, managers, and college-level academicians.
